Do you have nomophobia?
Around two decades ago the only people with mobile phones were businessmen, but these days, smart phones are common. People in this modern world seem to rely excessively on smart phones, and this can cause some social problems. According to the latest survey, people aged between 18 and 24 are the most likely to suffer from nomophobia, 77% of whom say that they feel anxious when out of reach of their phones, even if just for a few minutes. So, perhaps you should ask yourself: are you in control of your phone, or does your phone control you?
