When you first begin your job, find a native speaking friend to practice common work scenarios such as: calling clients, small talks, asking for help, and writing emails. This will help you feel more comfortable speaking in English at work. You will be able to think about how you want to phrase certain ideas in a non-stressful environment. Your friend can also correct your mistakes while you are practicing.
