On February 7, the first day of work after the holiday, 1.5 million 1111 Job Bank users had changed their status from “currently employed” to “looking for jobs.” Meanwhile, more than 1.6 million yes123 users had updated their resumes.
In Taiwan, job seekers tend to switch jobs after receiving their year-end bonus. A survey implemented by yes123 revealed that more than 93% of the respondents longed to find a more satisfactory job in the year of the Ox.
